At Ben’s Wood Den Ltd, every piece is handcrafted with care and built to last. Due to the handmade nature of our products, each item is unique and may feature natural variations in grain, colour, and texture.

Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for unused items in their original condition.

To be eligible for a return:

• The item must be unused and in the same condition you received it

• It must be returned in its original packaging

• Proof of purchase is required

Customers are responsible for return postage costs unless the item is faulty or damaged.

Faulty or Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement, repair, or refund where appropriate.

Custom & Personalised Orders

Custom-made or personalised items are non-refundable, unless faulty.
